CarMax was fantastic and great to work with. I was able to finance through them with a really good rate. Their app is super easy to use and everyone was so friendly! Their lobby is also kept very clean and sanitized. Love that we are able to see the screen while everything is being worked through! Best part - the bow on your new purchase!!

Our recent purchase of a 2019 Buick Enclave from CarMax in Spokane Valley, Washington was great. Our salesman, Mike Beeson, handled everything for us very well. We traveled from Wisconsin to Washington to purchase this vehicle because it was exactly what we wanted and was not available locally. It was a good choice. This is my first purchase through CarMax, but I am well aware of their outstanding reputation. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good used vehicle to take a look at CarMax.
This is the second car we've bought at CarMax in Spokane Valley, we've loved the experience both times. Purchasing is simple and straightforward, no pressure, they make it easy and quick. Sold my old car and got a new one and the experience was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very laid back and I appreciated not being pushed into buying. English Meadows helped us get into the car we wanted and I really enjoyed working with her. I've already been talking CarMax up to family members-- I would highly recommend going through them if you're in the market for a new (used) car!
