I only put one star to be able to write a review. I wouldn't even give this place one star. Staff is horrible, takes at least 5 minutes to run everything through the register, and can't communicate with the customers. They are super slow, place is dirty not very well kept.
Not sure why people are giving them poor reviews.. I seriously will drive an extra 5+ miles JUST FOR THIS STORE! The food is always fresh & if they dont think it's up to standard (even if I do!) they cook fresh stuff. The manager is always mopping & a clean store is important to me (considering i'm a caterer & Health inspections are very common for me). There is a 7-11 about 1 1/2 blocks away from me.. I will NOT go there.. I wait until i'm heading in this direction. GREAT customer service!!
Came in after a long day of work craving beef jerky, I grabbed a beef jerky sheet which are by the door and couldn’t purchase it because there was no price and cashier didn’t not know price. Please don’t put products and the floor that you can’t sell
Guy at night is on point very friendly .clean store good service.
Poor customer service. Refused to switch a spoiled $2 chocolate milk for my son because it wasn’t purchased from their store - I needed to drive 10 mins back to the store of purchase. No where on my 7-11 receipt does it say returns and exchanges only allowed at store of purchase. Store manager couldn’t be bothered and clearly didn’t consider me a customer. What was a moment to make me an advocate for their store was flipped into me being a detractor. Complaint logged with 7-11 corporate office.
