This visit was a simple tire change from all season to snow tires. As usual, Seth greeted my husband by name and with a smile! The waiting room was comfortable and staged to allow for social distancing. The sales team smiled and welcomed him. These small things add up quickly! Well done everyone!
John was my sales guy, he was awesome in helping me find what I need! Initially me and my husband had gone back because we received great service from our first car purchase there years ago and then again when searching for a vehicle back in March. Eric really left a positive impression that made us want to come back. John worked hard to make sure all my wants and needs were met and was very conscious of my budget the entire time. He did amazing in finding my car, and a car that fit my family! I love my Acura ILX and cannot wait to come back for the next car!
Wow - what a breath of fresh air. Dealerships in general can be hit and miss with respect to the friendliness of the staff. AutoNation is a homerun in that area - their staff are *very* helpful and seem eager to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Pair their great staff with unusually fast and accurate service - and you have a 5-star recipe all day long. Having moved to Spokane from Chicago - I am not used to such expedient and professional service. My warranty issue was handled without an ounce of hoop-jumping on my part - which seems, sadly, exceedingly rare. Kudos to AutoNation Acura - I most definitely recommend them.

I am amazed that I consistently receive excellent service from Autonation Acura service dept in Spokane Valley. For the six years I have owned my car the service has been incredible. I will definitely buy another car from them! The service dept is outstanding!
