Friendly and had the items my wife came in for.
Usually go in this place, enjoy it, and have no problems. I have been going to this location for years. Last time I went two weeks ago they had a completely new workforce. The current team is not friendly and is so rude. I believe it was the manager/s standing outside who was also rude. When someone asks a question we ask because we are the customer and don't know otherwise. Please don't treat meike I'm supposed to know and please don't rush me when I have fairly and patiently waited my turn in line.. Think I'll find somewhere else to go.
Waited in my car for 15 minutes until 9am when Google said they opened. Walk up there at 9am and the sign says they don’t open until 10am. Annoying. Update the times online.nI haven’t been in this location for a long time but when I had been, they’d never left a lasting impression. I normally go to the one at the Orchard.
The staff was polite and Covid standards were in place.
The staff was very friendly, especially considering the crazy-busy store at 7:15 a.m. Who doesn't love a great candle sale?
