Bill Noble was the best!!!! He found THE PERFECT vehicle from another location. Did a trade to get it, picked it up, finance got us a better interest rate than our bank, AND everything was smooth and seamless for the first time ever. This guy and his team were so kind and really made sure we had the perfect experience. Definitely will be back.
Jeremy helped my husband and I find the perfect truck for us. Not only did he help stay within our budget, but he was so patient and kind during everything. He made the car buying process 1000% less painful. It was so nice to speak with someone full of knowledge and who genuinely cared. They have earned our forever business.
When me and my Girlfriend went to this establishment we originally were going to have her apply for a loan and if she could not secure it I would co-sign on her loan. But because of her hard work she was able to secure a loan. Well later after we secured the loan the seller had an opinion that she later divulged to me, that I was a “loser.” So I do not think we will ever visit this place again. If you have an opinion in customer service it’s always best to keep it to yourself. Little did they know I had better credit than her.
My boyfriend has worked with the salesperson Bill Noble for years, buying multiple vehicles from him with excellent results. I decided to go through Bill as well. I went to the dealership to test drive and lease a 2021 Trailblazer. Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process, without being pushy at all. The entire staff, from Bill to the finance department, the manager, and the parts department were all friendly and helpful. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.
