Trying to order balloons for my sons birthday online. The date I need is open to choose, but there are no times to select for pick-up. Other days have this available and I would be able to proceed with my order. In calling the store to make a phone order, I was told I needed to either order online or come into the store to place the order...That is the worst customer service I have heard of. During COVID, employees aren't competent enough to take product numbers over the phone and take an order? Going to another company to get this done. What a joke.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had the worst experience with party city and i will never go back. I had bought all of my daughter's birthday decorations online thinking it would be faster and of course they don't put my apartment number on the label and then tell me it will take two days to ship. When I have repeatedly told them her birthday was tomorrow and even though I can't have a party for her I would at least like to decorate. So much for that. I then went into the store on 92nd and Sheridan where they wanted to charge me again for the same balloons I already purchased and paid over 50 dollars for I just told her no and paid for whatever decorations I could find and left. This is the worst experience I've ever had and horrible customer service over the phone and in store.

Were able to combine balloons for something else I wanted that wasn't in stock.

Never enough people working. Seems as though balloon fill-up and chit chatting is more important than serving paying customers.
