It's a really good spot for golfers. Give some grace, it's a recent grand opening and some staff is getting trained up. If you ask for more expertise, they readily get you connected with more knowledgeable people. Everyone is super helpful and kind there. The place is organized, clean, and makes sense.nnThe club services team is solid, I've had a number of clubs worked on and they came back as expected.nnConversely, I've had work done at competitive places and they left epoxy residue. Should have went here instead.

I have to share my experience because I think how companies handle customer issues says everything you need to know about that company. I had an issue with some clubs that I had re-gripped and re-shafted. I am sure this was an anomaly, but what really matters is that both managers Mike and Brian were willing to make it right by me. I am a new customer to Golf Galaxy and they have earned a loyal customer going forward because of how they handled my situation. I recommend Golf Galaxy if you are looking for a place where they value you and providing excellent customer service!

New golf store is huge!If you go to the old location, the new spot is 100 yards away. Lots of new hitting bays I’m going to try out this winter.

I love this store. When I needed new grips for my clubs this is where I went. They were fast (2 day turn around) and did a professional job. When I bought my Driver, 3 metal wood and 5 metal wood, this is the store I went to because of the price and selection. I have checked their prices against the internet and found that they were very close if not the same.nI recommend this store for all of your golf needs.

I'm a new golfer and came in Saturday 7/31 ready to buy anything that was recommended but I couldn't get anyone to help. I definitely don't look the part of a golfer but twice I was in a section looking for someone for help they would immediately walk up to the older white guys instead of me a younger brown guy full of tattoos. I tried to say excuse to stop one person they kept walking. Maybe its the mask due to covid, that they couldn't hear me but either way 20+ minutes in a store without help is a little frustrating. I probably won't be back to this location
