We last Purchased in 2018, it was a corporate store.nWe got an amazing deal on a brand new car! Super happy. We have purchased 3 vehicles from this store, and looking to buy our next new Toyota there too. We refer everyone to this store, it has an effeicient staff, and competitive prices. They are super busy (so bring a snack, it may take awhile). And Ask for James, he is Outstanding!
Update from original (still below) turns out they haven't been doing everything every time, tires haven't been rotated, inspection items were never raised and caused bigger issues down the road. One warranty repair that was authorized wasn't done on that appointment and dealership kept fighting on getting it scheduled until warranty expired and then wanted to charge for it. Regular service prices jump hundreds of dollars from phone to door when they threaten you will void your warranty if you don't pay for things the manual doesn't mention needing done. Not sure what caused the change since my first visit and review but this place should definitely be avoided now.nn-- original now defunctnWent in to get my truck checked after the dealership I bought it from (in CDA) failed to look into anything in 3 trips. They were very thorough and found firmware updates for the computer that should have been installed before vehicle delivery. Further away but worth the trip to have my truck taken care of by dealership I can trust.
We luv both of our new Toyota's! We bought a 2020 Platinum Highlander, black with Caramel interior on August 2nd for me, and a white 2021 Tacoma Sport with the Premium & Tech package for Cheney last week! He is so happy!
