We pulled up to this store at 8:48 pm and the door clearly states open until 9pm. walked in and the dark haired manager around 5 ft tall was rude and hatefule informing us we had 2 minutes. since we knew what we needed we right to it and ready to buy withing 1 minute. walked out of the store at 8:51 pm and the doors were locked right behind me. You would think during these times that customer service would be important to retail. But more importantly being open during your posted hours. Shame that these managers are allowed to get away with locking customers out before posted hours.

Good store and convenient for why I was in the area. The store was very well stocked. Manager was extremely nice and asked if he could help in anyway!

So I frequent the family dollar at 9410 Federal Blvd. in north Denver area often because I live close and just walk there. Tonight, Saturday October 10, 2020, I made the same short journey to their store as I do frequently. Except this time I forgot my mask and the dude in charge I guess said I could enter without a mask. Hey, no big deal, I screwed up and forgot my mask. So I ran because it was 8:50 PM and I know they close at 9 PM. I got home, grabbed my mask and ran back only to find the doors locked. It was 8:55 pm. This manager douchebag did this just to be an assh*le. Who closes their retail store early? Family Dollar does. This dude shouldn't be in charge of anything because they just lost all of my business.

Your store is awesome..the employees are the best.. the store has wide Isle's and very clean.
