It was my first time buying a car by myself. I was very anxious about the whole process and didn’t really know what I wanted coming into it. Angie helped me find the PERFECT car, she was so patient with me and explained everything so well! I was able to test drive a couple cars until we found the one I wanted! Angie made the process so easy and made me feel very comfortable! I love how everything about the car and finances was explained so I could actually understand everything! I am so thankful that I was able to find my dream car with such ease. Definitely will be recommending Spokane Hyundai (especially Angie) to any of my friends or family who are looking into buying a new car!

Our experience at Spokane Hyundai was great. We had very professional and individualized attention from Angie, our sales person. She was attentive to our inquiries and preferences.nWe bought a used car and they readily agreed to allow our mechanic to check out the vehicle prior to purchase. There was one minor “concern” that they willingly addressed prior to our purchase.nWe will return in the future, if we are in the market for another vehicle.

My experience at Spokane Hyundai was exactly what I want from the car buying process.nI walked in and was immediately greeted by Bill. I explained that I was looking for a specific vehicle I had seen on their site. Bill quickly located the vehicle, sanitized it, and got us set up for a test drive. After the test drive I decided to make a deal with them on it. Bill was very helpful through the whole process, never pushy about making a sale. He provided helpful answers to any questions I had and made suggestions on how we can better improve our experience with our new vehicle.

Spokane Hyundai goes out of their way to ensure their customers are safe. They offer complimentary vehicle pick-up/drop-off, so you don't have to risk spending any time in the waiting room. Their shuttle driver is also very friendly and focused on providing the best customer service. I highly recommend!! A+
