I went here with a car related issue that new car dealerships said would take 3-4 weeks to get resolved. They were able to get it resolved in a week and far exceeded my expectations! Even though I didn't inquire about a vehicle, they went out of their way to help me and I had a great experience. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family! Thanks again for your time

We stopped at a few dealers with lower quality vehicles and shady, aggressive salespeople. Ruby St. Motors was the opposite. They let the quality vehicle we purchased speak for itself. We felt zero pressure from them and the price was very fair.nnWe ran into an unusual circumstance that was no fault of this dealership. It was an issue that was caused due to being in the middle of a pandemic and the financing bank's policies. It was a headache that was not the dealers problem, and most dealers would have said that there was nothing they can do, and walked away from the deal. They spent a lot of extra time and energy dealing with the bank, ultimately finding a solution to the problem.nnThey showed honorable business practices, were willing to go the extra mile, and as a bonus, the usual stress that comes with buying a car was not there.nnThis is a local family owned business that deserves to be supported.

We’ve purchased several vehicles from Ruby Street Motors and have been beyond pleased with all of our cars. They always have the best prices, cleanest cars and great customer service. Their prices can’t be beat! Great family-owned and family ran business. Highly recommend!

Thanks Dan & Serena, Really like my Mazda! Appreciate the no pressure environment. They don't push any extended warranties or any insurance like most everyone else. Lined up great financing though! Very honest, would gladly send my friends and family. If you want a good deal, check them out!

They are full of it. My friend test drove a vehicle for me and he delt with the man and not her. The car was heading for a major break down. They have refused to give me my hold money back, which they never told me in the first place that if I decided against getting the vehicle that the hold was non refundable. Anybody who shops there is a fool.
