Seeing Falco's annual sale was about to run its course, we decided it was time to buy a wood burning fireplace insert. We selected a stove from their showroom and arranged for installation. Sales and scheduling staff bent over backwards to please us.nnIn just a short time the installation crew arrived on a rainy Saturday morning.nnAnthony and Nate were very skillful, informative, and pleasant to deal with. They did yeoman's work, modifying our existing fireplace, installing a chimney liner, and setting the insert in our basement.nnNeither wind nor rain deterred them from safely doing a very neat and tidy job. By the afternoon, a cozy fire was burning, and the formerly cold basement is now toasty warm. The Blaze King insert is a beautiful and practical addition to our home. We could not be happier with the products and service provided by Falco's.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Falco’s. They provide friendly, quality service. Shout out to Bill who serviced our Enviro pellet stove today! Not only is our stove ready for winter, but the glass is so clean, he showed me a few features of the stove I didn’t know about, and he gave me advice regarding the best pellets to use. Bill was also super friendly and kind, just like everyone we have met at Falco’s. Thanks everyone!
