ATV Tracks

I have worked with ATV tracks for years now. They helped me keep a used set of tracks running for many seasons. I now have updated and ordered the brand new system for my new UTV. Gary and Willie are superb folks to deal with. Not only are they screaming fast when it comes to responses and mailing--they know their stuff like no other. I would urge anyone considering tracks to deal with these guys. Can't do better...

Five stars for Gary and ATV Tracks. I damaged my Souci tracks on my Ranger 800 and had to either buy a new set (Souci tracks not made anymore, nor can you get parts) or scrounge up a used set. I lucked out and found a used set, but I would have bought a new set from Gary, who helped me out even though he didn't make a sale. That's good business!

On December 20th I reached out to ATVTracks after a friend and fellow lion hunter had told me about the company, and had positive things to say about his experience. I had just recently purchased a new 2019 Polaris Ranger and needed tracks. After previous experiences with tracks, and quite a bit of research on multiple brands I was ready to purchase a specific brand of tracks. I made it clear what brand I wanted and when I needed them. If they had the tracks I wanted and could ship them before the new year I was ready with a credit card number. With confidence they assured me the tracks I wanted were in stock, and could be shipped that day, and delivered to my home prior to the New Year and my January 1st lion hunt. So I purchased the tracks with that expectation.nn1st - The tracks were not shipped to my house, I had to pick them up from the shipping company on the 31st of December.n2nd - The tracks I requested were not the tracks I received. When I realized the tracks were not the brand I requested I called to see what ATVTracks could do to fix the issue. Which was basically nothing. They all but accused me of ordering the wrong tracks and that they were confident in the fact they did not make a mistake but that I somehow did. They offered no reasonable solutions, offered no help in resolving the issue. My Lion hunt began the following day but was spread out a little over a week. We could have spared a day or two without the tracks if they were willing to help come to a resolve. That was not the case. Our ranch has multiple ATVs and Side by Sides that we update every couple years. I empathize that I would be a repeat customer yet still offered no feasible resolve for the situation. I’m not only highly disappointed in the custom service, but the fact I had done so much research and specifically sought out to purchase these specific tracks.
