I was impressed with the experience of service at AutoNation Subaru Spokane.nReminder calls prior to the appointment.nQuick drop off on day of appointment.nScheduled service and one added item were completed in a timely manner.nPicking up the car was quick and easy.nCar was cleaned while in for service.nnI will be back.nJim

I wrote a review and they removed it , So I will try again if not I will review it somewhere else , we bought a new Subaru Forester 2020 and the salesman forgot to inform us that there were 3 level packages on the Subaru foresters , We liked the options on a use2019 Cross Trek and asked if the forester had the same , We were told you would have to buy a Year new Forester in the premium to get the same options , So we moved on to buy a New 2020, Then after a week we discovered the options were not there , Called and were told there are 3 Premium packages , And ours was the first package , And didn’t come with the options we Wanted , Salesman. Knew what we were asking for in the cross trek and should have told us about the 3 different packages before buying the foresternnUpdate : After review the owner responded asking to contact the GM In regards resolving this rating . called and left Email for the GM and never heard another word back from Him

They are super friendly and always get the job done. They go above and beyond every time I’m there getting service done. I appreciate their friendliness and for always making sure that things were taken care of and if they weren’t then they always make things right immediately. Great place to go to get the best service!

I was a little nervous about coming to the service department after reading not so favorable reviews, but, I decided I would make up my own mind. The staff was super courteous, helpful and friendly, especially Brandon (if that is his name). The wait time ended up being WAY longer than expected, but he apologized numerous times and didn't charge me for the rotation and car wash. I totally appreciate the acknowledgement about the time and his efforts to make me feel whole (lost time vs discount). Would definitely keep coming back.

I have had my 2017 Subaru Outback serviced at a dealership in Idaho since 2016, and decided I wanted to get my service closer to home.nMy first visit to Auto Nation Subaru was so pleasant! I was totally amazed. Michael in the Service department was so professionally courteous and helpful, and so easy to talk to. Also, the other staff members were very nice and friendly. They are truly your company's BEST ASSETS!!! Please take good care of them!!nThe waiting room was comfortable and appeared to meet the COVID guidelines.nThey found an oil leak that was covered under my warranty and gave me a beautiful loaner 2020 Outback to use for a day while they fixed it. Wow! That was fun to drive. But! I still love my 2017 Outback best.nHowever....I know my next car will be a Subaru Outback with an automatic lift gate and the back up sensor, and I would not hesitate to buy it from Auto Nation Subaru.nThank you everyone.
