Had the best car dealership experience! Zach Foster was awesome from start to finish. He helped me get the car reserved online, set up a time to come test drive it and continued to be great all the way to giving me the keys. I had to wait hours to hear back from my bank but he made the experience so nice that I didn’t mind waiting. Then Ronnie finished up and haggled my bank some more. Thank you guys for such a great experience. You truly made the process painless! 100% recommend!

Everyone that I've worked with at Audi Spokane has been awesome and very responsive! I talked with Tim in parts and he made sure we got what we were looking for fast, Lacey was our service advisor and was knowledgeable with all of our questions and accommodating with a last minute request. Zachary in sales took the time to help get things set up in the vehicle that we weren't sure about. Top notch performance from this dealership! We will be back for all our future Audi's and service!

John Ward has sold me a number of Audis over the past few years. There’s never any pressure during the sales process. He’s upfront about everything and goes way beyond normal customer service standards to ensure a painless purchase. The follow-up and genuine concern for the customer’s satisfaction is stellar. I highly recommend Spokane Audi, and specifically John.

Terrific service from Audi Spokane! Ray and his team saved our vacation. When our brake light came on, in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of our vacation, we needed quick help. After a call to Audi Spokane, Ray opened a service slot for us early the next morning. They had the parts and were ready to go for us. 2 hours later, we were back on the road, enjoying the rest of our trip. Thanks Ray and Audi Spokane!!

I drove my Audi over from Montana to visit the service department since this was the closest dealer to me. My entire visit only dealt with the service department. I worked With Andrew T. as my service rep, and he did an amazing job. He was super friendly, polite, and kept us informed as the vehicle was being worked on. I forgot to get the name of the technician that was doing the work, but they did a great job as well. I highly recommend going to Audi Spokane for any of your Audi service needs.
