I love the mom-and-pop shop buying experience! Much better than the high-pressure dealership that is just after your money. Emmit may be old-school, but he takes care of his customers and does a great job. We drove three hours to this place looking for a specific vehicle and he treated us right. We will be back.

After reading reviews about this place on other sites, I couldn't believe it happened to me. When I walked in, he obviously didn't want to make me feel like he was in the business to sell to me. His buddy that was sitting with him stared at me up and down. I had to ask him if I could look at the car after standing there awkwardly and telling him I'm the one who called half hour ago. I felt like I was interrupting something while he was just chatting there with a buddy of his. His friend even stared me up and down. Who does that? The battery was dead on the car. He said the battery died on him two other times already. Why wouldn't you change it at that point? Under the car there was a dent in the muffler. he said he had no knowledge it was there and it must've been news to him. I'm surprised this guy is still in business. I've never felt so unwelcome. I'd never come back here ever again.

Could not have had a worse dealership experience. From the moment we arrived on the lot to check out a car, it was clear we weren't important clients. It took twenty minutes for someone to come out to greet us and his demeanor made it very clear that he didn't want to sell the car in question to us. Instead of just outright saying so, salesman and owner Emmett treated us as inferiors and not worthy of his time. As an additional note, the man had let the battery in the newer model car we were looking at go completely flat and had to jump start it so we could hear it run. A dealership that doesn't treat their customers or their wares well does not deserve your business.
