The experience of purchasing a vehicle at EchoPark Automotive in Thornton was fast and easy. Both the communication over text/phone before our visit, and the visit to the store itself, was efficient. My wife and I were in and out of there in about 90 minutes on the day of our appointment, which included test driving a vehicle and getting financing and paperwork signed. Loved the selection of vehicles to pick from, all which are newer used cars with low miles. Very friendly staff and a nice modern store to relax in during our visit. Would highly recommend!
This was one of the best experiences we've had in buying a car. Our salesperson, Ruby Whitehead was exceptional. She was responsive, well-informed, low-keyed, knowledgeable about all aspects of the car, the warranty, and the financial terms. She provided all our options without appearing biased or pushy. We had asked her to hold the vehicle as we had to drive 2 hours to the dealership. She had it waiting and ready for us to inspect and drive when we arrived. We were impressed with the service EchoPark provided. Basic but no-nonsense. We will recommend them to others and include Ms. Whitehead in that recommendation.

This was the easiest purchase we have ever made. We found the car, which was fairly priced, online and filled out the loan request online as well. We worked with Andrew Linton, who was extremely proficient with the process. Once we arrived and drove the 2017 Subaru Outback, we were able to sign the loan docs and drive off in less than an hour. Had a great experience with the team here. Jeremy was super helpful, friendly, and transparent + made the car buying process very human. He went above and beyond by dropping our garage door opener in the mail when I had realized I left it in my old vehicle half way back to Summit County.
