I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress free and efficient car buying experience. Israel was professional, understood what I was looking for and was not pushy at all. Thanks for a great experience and I'll be back in the future. In addition I just had my 30K service done and they got me out sooner than expected. Great job again!

I spent almost 900$ ordering a part for my car that someone in the parts department said I definitely needed for a TINY (like 1/2 in. By 2 in.) missing piece on my right side mirror. I begrudgingly paid the money and ordered the part with the understanding that it would be an additional $350 to have the part replaced. It took me a couple months to get in to finally have the part fixed on my car. When I came in Marcus took one look at my car and said he was pretty sure we could fix this with a $70 piece and $50 of labor not the $1200 I had previously been quoted. He had someone from parts look at it (I think his name was Joey? I could be wrong) and they agreed the cheaper option was all we needed. I was able to return the $795 dollar part and only paid $120. Marcus was so helpful, down to earth, reasonable, and nice! I wish I had dealt with him the first time!!

The first time we went to Autonation Honda, we worked with Austin and he was excellent. He gave us honest advice, and we ultimately decided to come back at a later time. The next time we came back, we worked with Alex who was also awesome! Both of them were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Sara, the sales manger was also very helpful and easy to work with. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Lauren in finance made the entire process quick and easy. Everyone was great and the process was quick and easy, and we love our new Civic!

I’ve gone here multiple times for my car needs and have always left happy! This time around I was helped by Susan and she was just great. I was there for an oil change/tire rotation/etc. She did let me know that there were some other maintenance needs for my car but was not pushy at all!! I hinted at her that I obviously want to get everything done for my car, but was trying to keep it budget friendly so we decided to do some of what she suggested. I talked with her and she was honest in letting me know that the other services could wait until my next oil change. They finished everything in less than an hr and to my pleasant surprise she was so sweet and found me a discount online!! Will continue to go here. ☺ufe0f
