This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I never felt pressured. I made my own appointment to test drive the car. I loved it. I had the best sales person, Donkor, and I would definitely go back to him in a heart beat. The whole process was so fast. I was only there for a total of 2.5 hours. That’s only because I had to wait for my husband to come sign the title of our trade-in.

We shopped online after researching and chose a great vehicle from a large selection. We went in for a test drive and were pleasantly surprised at how clean and courteous they were inside. Social distances were observed and the process was really smooth. Zero pressure from our salesman Connor. I would definitely do it all over again.

Easiest way to sell a car, and get a fair price! I was so impressed with the customer service. 3 days after I sold my car to CarMax I realized I forgot my garage door opener in the console and figured it was gone forever. The team at CarMax tracked down my car at a different location, found the opener, and shipped it to me overnight!

First time buying from CarMax. Other than a couple emails that were not timely returned initially, the entire process was smooth, efficient and pleasant. Price was reasonable. Very friendly staff. Easy to schedule follow-up service to have a few small issues with the car fixed. I'd definitely buy from them again.

I sold a car to CarMax. You can email them to get a link for an online offer. They want 12 pictures of your car which can take time as my iPhone had to download each picture before it would register another picture. It’s so worth the effort, though. They sent me a very fair offer, I went into their dealership and within the hour, I was walking out with a check for the same amount as their online offer. So easy, so quick. If you only need to sell a car, I highly recommend CarMax.
