Incredibly friendly staff who are willing to engage in genuine conversation while being conscientious of your time. Coffee is your standard Starbucks coffee (which is still good!), but honestly, my boyfriend and I will choose this shop over others in the area just because of their kindness and hospitality. Drive through is quick staff is awesome!
Tables never clean, rarely paper towels in bathroom and people will sit in the office and ignore you if you're at the counter until one of the people already busy with drive thru can get to you. That said, there are a few people there with great positive attitudes.
This location is great. The staff was friendly and funny. Food was fresh and service was very fast. I recommend!
They burn their coffee so that you have to buy a water down espresso which costs more. I, like so much of society, are a slave to this place. I hear their employee benefits are good, so that's why I'll keep supporting them. But for being a coffee place, your basic coffee really sucks and you should be embarrassed.
