It's McDonald's, what else can I say?

I am not sure what is going on at this location. I waited 13 minutes at the outer speaker for an order. Cars behind me were honking while speaker one was constantly moving. Embarrassed as heck as the guy behind me gets out of his car and started yelling at me. Little did he know, nobody had taken my order yet. Got to the window and was handed a McCafe drink that wasn't even remotely what I had ordered and it had milk running down all sides of the outside of the glass. So then they parked me and I waited another 15 minutes for my correct drink. If you are going to charge 4 dollars for a drink , you need to train your employees how to make them as well as good customer service skills because the guy that brought it out to me was pretty rude. It wasn't because of me, I said maybe four words the entire time. Remember folks, you are taking our money, it is your job to get it right and be polite at the same time. If you don't like your job or cannot do it correctly, get another one. I am not trying to mean, I am not a troll. This location has legit problems that need to be addressed and this is coming from a formal general manager at McDonald's. Just wow. I told the guy that brought the drink out to have a nice day and he didn't even respond!!! I am not trying to get anyone in trouble and feel bad for leaving such a review but after several messed up order and so forth it's time to give corporate McDonald's a call. Just two days ago the manager, yes a manager gave me small drinks when I paid for two large. He said, those are large, I said no they are not. He said, well you didn't pay for two large. They didn't give me a receipt at the first window so I didn't want to argue about it and left. Got home and checked bank statement and sure enough was charged for two large. He flat out lied to me and was too lazy to remake the drinks. This kind of service is just wrong in all ways, plain and simple. I have about 6 or 7 more stories like this I could tell from this location. Definitely time to call the corporate line to address these issues and this is NOT about getting something free. I wouldn't accept it. I just want what I pay for and with good service. That's all.

Everyone is always giving attitude and there’s never a “hi how are you” they just give you you’re food and wait for you to leave. When i get sent to park they always take long to hand it out when it’s only one thing I’m waiting for. A lot of the time you guys either forget the sauce I asked for or apples when I order a happy meal. People here are really stingy about the sauce too. A lot of people here show no emotion and when you point something out that they got wrong or that you are missing something they get mad. I can think of 3 people who are always so nice and actually are doing their job with no attitude. Everyone else needs to get replaced.

My food was hot and prepared properly.

We asked for sweet tea but they give my a unwseet tea and then we went back inside for a sweet tea but to give me entity then we had to go back inside and I got a Coke
