We went through the drive through around 3:15 on Halloween we first ordered Sweet Tea and were told they were out of the mix formula, so no tea... So we end up ordering four drinks, one a Diet Dr. Pepper, one diet coke, one coke and one Dr. Pepper, none of these drinks were marked, my husband asked if they could just remake them and mark them because he could go into diabetic shock if he drinks the wrong drink, they were very unconcerned, the girl working the window told him you guys handle it they made the right drinks, and they aren't making the drinks again, female manager came over finally remade the two diet drinks and still didn't mark which drink is which... Very rude, very unprofessional, very disappointed that they were so flippant about a serious medical condition...

Would give 0 stars if available...nWent to this location tonight and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 medium fry, 6 piece chicken nugget & 1 large coke , to begin when I pulled up to drive through to sat there in silence for 5-10 minutes until someone greeted me , the girl was nice however when I got to the window , there was a guy, he collected my money and did not give me a receipt, when I went to ask for one he closed the window door on me and walked away , so I proceeded forward to get my food and waited another 3-5 minutes before they gave me my food , they forgot my drink and I didn’t receive my fries or bbq sauce for the chicken nuggets , there was no adult just a bunch of useless teenagers to busy flirting with each other to get my order right !!!

Went through drive thru. Ordered the quarter pound meal. The quarter pounder is suppose to come fresh and hot but in this case it wasn't, so I went in to get another burger. No big deal, right? Wrong. First the manager wanted to argue with me about my take on the sandwich. Next I had to wait an extra long time to get the replacement sandwich and to my dismay it was no better. I've had this happen before at this location. Learned my lesson this time.
