I recently was Gifted a The larger silver cup for my Birthday, I just decided to now use it, well I can’t get the lid off at all. It seriously feels like it’s glued on because it won’t Budge. Well I called this Starbucks for help and they Basically told me oh well, I can’t help you with anything. Like it’s my Fault or something. I’ve never felt so ignored by someone... I have so many Cups too. I’m not asking for a new one or anything but to her(Eve) it sounded like I was just trying to steal a new one or something !!! And with that being said this is The second cup that’s done this to me. Your cups are not cheap to buy, but quality is saying different and also the employee’s don’t care. I mean why would they,? It’s not their money RIGHT!! I will never buy anything from here again.

Still the best Starbucks I've ever been too, going on 5 or 6 years that this is my home store. By far the best Baristas and just everything. Starbucks needs to give them an award already!!

Does make any sense to go to a Starbucks owned facility with Covid-19? I just don’t see the value, when a few steps west in the same shopping center you have Kings Supermarket with a Starbucks counter with even more options to have with your coffee (i.e. Donuts, etc) at a much better price.nnThe whole point of Starbuck is the experience... if tables are closed, with only Pickup & Delivery - then the Starbuck facilities offer NO value at all.
