I love Caruso! They are always very courteous, very friendly, and if they make a mistake they make it right immediately! They make the best salads! The meatball subs are out of this world, and if you ask for extra sauce and meatballs if they do it right away! I have nothing negative to say about this restaurant, and they have gluten-free crust which is so amazing! And if you need gluten free bread they have that as well!!
I USED to love this place. Food prep in the morning and lunch is all well and good. But every time I try the place in the afternoons or dinner time we have Chad -bro & Dirk-bro in the back, no-mask, laughing and talking like it's spring break.......OVER THE FOOD PREP. And right when the world is having an up-tick in cases?n(this time 11/19/2020 3:15 PM) I did a 180 out of there!nOne time, a while back, neck-tattoo-bro was bopping back & forth between the back and the front, all NO-MASK.nI am not going back until Mgm't straightens this out.nI am well conditioned to wear a mask when in public EVERYWHERE. No reason for anyone else to NOT wear one. Especially around food. The End.
My whole family and I love Caruso's. Their very conscious of my wife gluten free needs. They are quick to come up with appetizers that fit her needs as well. It's very clean and the staff is always nice. They do a great job of keeping customers safe. They have a selection of 7 taps of microbrews at a great price. For a family of 5 it's a great deal for exceptional food.
