While I love Dagny's coffee, the past two times I was in this week, none of the employees were wearing masks. This is their choice, but I'll make mine with my wallet.

So I came through and asked for a white chocolate mocha with 2 shots dark one white, and when I got it it was made with water. So I asked her why and she said if I wanted milk in it I had to get a 20oz. So I said okay, Instead of remaking it she poured my other drink into a 20oz cup and added milk. Most disgusting coffee and I paid for a coffee I just threw away and had to buy another one from coles. I've worked in coffee and know that this is not okay. If I dont get a refund I will never come here again
