Not very nice customer service. Should be hiring people who are happy to be there and friendly. But instead you hired someone rude and tells people goodbye before they are ready...........thats just rude.
The lady working today was extremely rude and unprofessional. My niece almost had an accident because she said she could not use the restroom here after never having this issue in the past. Rude people like her will turn your customers away.The bathroom was for a child...how inconsiderate, even after I purchased items here too!! What a shame and bad look on this store and the owners. I WILL NOT COME BACK HERE AFTER TODAY. Train your staff to treat your PAYING customers correctly.
Used the car wash. Should have been $8, they then charged me $8 six times over. This made me concerned, checked my billing statements and sure enough they did it 2 other times. This is a fraudulent car wash. They are just hoping you don't notice. If you have ever used the car wash, check your statements!
Very small and rather dirty store. Took almost a year to replace their bathroom key. The publics restroom did better with no access, it is vile. Do not bring small children to this location. The street people creep up from the lower numbered streets which can cause issues to those attempting to mind their own business.
This place is normally an alright spot and generally has cheaper gas than other shell gas stations. Honestly it’s the main reason I come here every other day when I get gas. Now on numerous occasions there has been a shorter older woman working who’s just plain rude but today she was extra rude. She even told me to just not come back if she’s working! Idk I get along with everyone and can’t believe this woman was so rude. She started being nice when her boss came out the back! Imagine that. Someone needs to talk to her!
