This store is the BEST store! The girls are so fun to talk to and make the customer feel like they matter! I enjoy going and being asked how my day has been or what I am up to. I feel cared about and it is a lovely experience! The best part is Kelsey B. She is full of energy and smiles! She remembers your name and cares about the customers! Love coming to Pines Wake Up Call! Such an incredible experience and such incredible staff!

Nothing but good things to say. Friendly staff and very hard working individuals who will make pretty much anything you want. Great prices with possible bonuses if you sign up and do their rewards program. I remember the day I went there which was last week I believe and the line of cars was ridiculously long. Well, they had an employee standing outside out taking orders from the car's that were backed up so when they got to the window, their drink or whatever they order was ready and the line of cars were moving like clockwork. Fast, friendly, hard-working, dedicated and excellent people skills is what I see and know. Thanks Wake Up Call!!

What a great experience I have had at this coffee shop. The baristas are always so friendly and fast. I have come through a couple times and had 6-7 drink orders and they are always super speedy. I love how they come outside to greet you and take your order it is so much more personal than Starbucks order box. The manager James over there really knows his stuff and has a great job working with his crew. I just met Levi and Jess the other day and they were very eager to help me and made me a great drink. Thanks guys, Great job!!!

I have never been to this location before and was blown away! Your worker “Mak”made my experience so pleasant. I tried your London Latte for the first time and was very happy with it. It was a great suggestion. I will be back to this location again. Looking forward to it.

James, Rae, Makayla and Vi are awesome. Fast, super friendly and professional.
