If you're running out of hours you can stage and park there overnight. You go into the first staging area before you hit the guard shack and take a left and that's the staging area. Walk paperwork up to the guard shack and they will call you. The dock doors were a little bit tight but manageable. For me they took 5 hours to unload me. But I seen other guys go in and out a whole lot quicker than me. Hope this helped you out.
Maybe I got lucky. Appt Mon 0130, arrived Sunday 1600hrs, told can only get a door within 8 hrs (cool), large plentiful staging area, called to door 1730hrs, done & out at 2130. Taking a 10 reset here. But thanks for a the horror stories, I know it happens (Ralph's, Safeway)
Arrived 2200 for a 0200 appt empty & paperwork in hand by 0100. No complaints for me. Also has o/n
Appointment for 9PM. Finally got called in at 1:30AM. It's now 7:30AM and my unload has yet to begin.nnAnd they charge you a lumper fee.nnUpdate: It's now 11:30AM. They are finally finished.nnUpdate: The receiving office intentionally put the wrong appointment time on my paperwork to make it seem as though I was late. In fact, I was early. So not only will they keep you here for 14 hours, but they will also try to scam you out of your detention pay. I think I'll contacts their corporate office
That place is one of the worst, one day I had delivery there, I arrived there an hour before appt. time but took me 12 hours to get out, I stayed at the dock 9 hours, don't recommend to lose your time there.
