Calling this place I will admit went well. They were nice as can be and were very helpful. However, I had an after hours pickup. My driver was, for some reason, unable to log into the app or website and couldn't get the code to get the key. He tried the number on the door but still had no luck because apparently the truck was blocked in and couldn't be driven out. He had to sleep in his pickup and wait til they open to get the 15' truck.nBe careful about setting up after hours pickup here.
Destiny realllly took care of me. I rented a truck and a trailer to go from Clearwater, Florida all the way to Arizona. We ended up needing to drop the trailer off in Colorado. Destiny spent 20 minutes with me making sure that it was all set. She and her general manager, Ben, were kind and helpful.
Perfect location for my needs. The GM has worked with me on several occasions to make sure my needs are met!
The staff were great when though they are under staffed. The area isn't very safe though
We had a fantastic experience today with this location. The team was awesome and I'd highly reccomend using this location for all your moving needs.
