Been here a lot with a rental truck. Employees are willing to work with you on when you need your truck back and what times are best for you as far as pickup and drop-off. Service is prompt and everyone is very professional. Great experience.

Pensive are some good people
Had a malfunctioned seat belt ... got a ticket in Arizona ... Penske Arizona fixed it right away and the amount of the ticket was deducted from final bill upon returning to Denver ... highly recommend
I brought my semi truck into a different location in Denver with a major problem, the computer said nothing was wrong. Drove 20 min and the truck died in the middle of the street. It was towed in and transferred to this location, where they kept it for 3 weeks. They gave me a loner that was not fit to be rented, took it back and was given a different one. It had a lot of problems that turned up on the road & I spent a day getting as much repaired to make it safe at a different location. My original truck was here for 3 weeks, because they found a bunch if things wrong, which is why i give 2 stars. They never fixed the issues that caused it to break down in the first place, which is happening again. I hope it will hold out until I can make my delivery and take it in to a different location. I will never bring my truck back to this location again.
