I love Curves! It's the only work out Ive been able to stick with and have been going for maybe 8 years. I love the hydraulic machines and circuit. The machines make such a difference in how I feel! I'm so glad they have reopened. Ruth and the coaches are taking all possible precautions, wearing masks, taking temps, sanitizing constantly and only 4 people can work out at a time. I feel for me, a healthy 70 year old, as safe a is possible during these challenging days. Thanks to the Curves Crew!
This facility provides a safe and effective workout. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This Curves makes my daily exercise a blast!
