This is a great and clean environment I recommend ages 7-30. They need some more workers though to run the station so everyone is safe but if you intend to bring your family and keep an eye on them it is awesome. One star less then 5 just cause I'm really big on safety.
We came here on New Year day - thankfully not overly crowded. My kids got to enjoy a bunch of time in the climbing area. They spent 2 hours running around, playing & having fun! The facilities are very clean. Food pretty good. I didn't have any, but did see alcohol is available for purchase.
Great place for some warm indoor activities! They have way more than just trampolines. One odd and tiny frustrating thing was that you have to buy/use their jump socks not any from other trampoline parks. I’ve never run into this before at other parks. They said there is a chemical in the socks that had to be a certain kind... take that at what you will.nnAll in all a ton of activities for the kids, ropes courses, a sky coaster, trampolines, playground area. Definitely a win.nnPricing is common for the activity. Starting with basic just trampolines at $15 per kid plus $2.50 socks
They are starting to go down hill with everything... Friendliness, cleanliness, and overall experience. With wait times for Nachos over half and hour Only after receiving them to tell me after a small drizzle of cheese on them they are completely out. No compensation for the wait or for the handful of just chips at this point, I asked to talk to a manager... None were available, I was told to just go sit down and wait fast forward 40 mins later, still no manager around. I decided to call Urban Air on the phone... Kid told me all managers are unavailable and to call later. I'm fuming at this point. The chips are still at the table and I'm feeling ripped off after spending 43.85+ 3 Platinum memberships+ 4.95 for the unused plate of chips - Cheese. The kids just ended up eating the ones that had cheese.
They had three staff members working. Our group didnt have access to the attractions for a little over 30 minutes on our two hour window to play. two attractions were closed due to covid. Very unprofessional never going again!
