Updating my review, which was originally 5 stars. It's been 2-1/2 years since Freeman installed our sign. It recently began to flicker, due to a failing power supply. I contacted Freeman to see about getting the sign serviced and I was told they would be out the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, no service. No communication. After waiting all week to see if they would show up, I contacted them again on Saturday. Sunday, I ordered the part and today I installed it myself.nnSo sad to get this sort of service after the sign was installed. They were terrific during the design/install period, but definitely dropped the ball here.

I spent $700.00 to have my sign repaired in December 2019. The sign stopped working in January 2020. They came back and repaired it under warranty. It stopped working again in March and they now say it’s out of warranty!
