They tried to charge us for 7 weeks of deliveries we did not receive during the COVID shutdown after we notified their office and their driver that we did not need any deliveries. No mention was made by them of needing to pick up anything. When we got the bill, I notified them of the error and they said they would look into it and then went ahead and charged our card anyway without a word. I never authorized them to charge our card for anything automatically in the first place EVER btw. They just started doing that sometime along the way with no authorization. They said they had a note from the driver that our office was closed so we needed to be charged because he couldn't pick up their linens we already had. Which was a lie. The elevator was locked by the building management so it required a key card, but we were here doing virtual appointments the entire time. All he had to do was call and we would have let him in to get the linens. There was a sign at the elevator with our business name and number on it for deliveries. I get it, things were tough during the shutdown. But you don't think things were tough for us too?

We've used their sheets for years and received okay service. Lately, their delivery schedule has not lined up with our office hours. We've tried to figure out a schedule that works, but they decided to pull all their sheets without warning. I would not recommend this company if you need reliable service or would prefer good customer service.

I have been using Hamilton Linen for the last 6 years and I have to say that the level of care, professionalism and effort that the members of this company maintain on a daily basis far exceeds the industry standard. I would recommend this company and I do to anyone who needs linen services. By far the best linen service in the Denver area.Thanks Hamilton Linen!

Regularly bill without providing service. Dodged questions regarding service for quite literally YEARS. Rented items from them that weren't received and were charged for them every month for several years, then finally got through to cancel the service and they charge us full price for said items. Terrible service and a total scam.

Had an appointment with the sales rep and she failed to show. That's bad for business for both sides. No one wins. Doesn't seem like she takes her jobs seriously
