Beautiful store! I go at least once a week! They have really good condition shoes, purses and wallets. And the prices are pretty reasonable. The store is very organized and clean. I love it.

So I used to work here and honestly was a shame of how we took some of these items. Obviously there were conditions we couldn’t accept but some of them were really good and we still only gave the customer not even 1/4 of deserved price. This is the Walmart of Platos Closet. And we don’t wash these clothes at all, we don’t spray them, nothing. So hypothetically if we got clothes that were gross or worn, sweated, nasty stuff in. And If they weren’t visibly gross and if we wanted that item then boom it’s put on a hook and put on the shelves. The owner is a whole other story, she is more concerned on being the best store ever and looking presentable rather than customer service and products. So if you want to support the store then go for it. Please always wash your clothes especially kids clothes after you buy them.

The clothes are way overpriced for the brands and condition. Cheap brands like H&M and Forever 21 that are stained and fraying shouldn’t cost more than a few dollars. I tried to consign as well. I brought a huge box of maybe 20-25 pieces that had good brands like Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, and Anthropologie. These were clean clothes in good condition, some new with tags, and barely worn leather boots. I was offered $8 for everything. The boots alone were over $100 when I bought them. It was laughable considering they charge two to three times that for each item. I would rather donate to charity...

I absolutely love this store! I'm a truck driver from Ohio and we have Plato's Closest but My Bestfriend's Closest outshines them! Wish you were in Central Ohio so my daughter could see how awesome you are for herself!
