This review is for Hot Topic, the company and it's policies, NOT this specific store. Recently I ordered things online, like I do OFTEN, and somehow my account got switched over to an old address. Immediately after I made the order I tried to change the address. YOU CAN'T!!! Then they refuse to fix it for you, claiming policy. I can understand that IF I hadn't tried to IMMEDIATELY change it. Now I have $100 worth of stuff they say the only way to fix the issue is to charge me AGAIN!!! and then ship stuff they dont even know if they have left..? My order is coming in 2 or 3 separate shipments. They still won't do ANYTHING for the stuff that hasn't shipped. I even got ahold of USPS and the place the stuff is getting shipped to and they say they cannot do anything. Hot Topic.... failure to their customers. And yes, I'll keep posting this on all the stores reviews until something is done.

Guess it's fine if you just want tees of rick and morty and emo bands, and hogwarts sweaters. There is absolutely no trace of anything goth left in the store.

Great store, but its cramped and could use a bigger space. Great sales and awesome merchandise. I'd give more stars, if space wasn't so cramped, specially checking out with multiple people trying to stand in line.

Was thrilled they had the Harry Potter pop figurine Advent calendar. I called in the morning to see if it was in stock, staff was knowledgeable and able to find an answer right away.

My daughter really loves this store. We always have to go when we're in town. They usually have a great selection in stock and the staff is always kind and helpful.
