This store has horrible customer service. I was not greeted, and ignored when I had a question. I will not be returning.
I have been shopping here for years there is an amazing staff and stock. Leo was especially helpful.
The prices were typical of Zumiez. The staff was mostly very friendly and willing to help despite it being close to closing. We walked out with a few new really nice skate shoes. Would go back if in the area and needing something of that sort.

Have never been into the idea of ordering shoes online, but I got talked into it by the staff here, going on about how their free shipping was really fast and I would receive my item within a few business days... they seemed pretty desperate to make the sale even got awkward and had me try on a pair of the clunkers they sell and they only carry 2 styles saying that DC shoes will all fit the same, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went ahead.... boy it’s been a week now and I just tracked my shoes and they aren’t expected for another 3 days (2 business)... needless to say I am pretty disappointed in the outright lie I was told just so they could make $75..they must get bonuses for online sales or work on commission.
