Even though is not the store I usually visit. It was safe and employees were nice.
I had a great experience here, was looking to replace a new pair of Vans over which I'd spilled an entire mug of coffee while watching a friend's place. I didn't want to leave him with stained shoes, so came to this Journeys in the hopes of finding a replacement. The very helpful guy on duty did a search in the backroom, and then offered to search nearby locations for the right size and style. .He ended up finding a pair in the back that had been put away in the wrong location. I really appreciated the time he took and the fact that I was able to replace the coffee-baptized shoes without any trouble at all. Thank you!
Be careful they sell counterfeit shoes and dont want to replace it! Dont recomend!
Terrible customer service. When I arrived there was a girl who I'm not sure actually worked there just yapping away to a guy that was giving 100% of his attention to her. No acknowledgment of anyone else in the store or offers to get a certain size. I ended up leaving and buying my shoes at zumiez with much better service and a sale. Avoid this place until they can hire decent employees.
Staff here is so pleasant great atmosphere clean organized store
