Went in today to get a good idea of what I might want for a concealed carry firearm. As expected, everything was pretty low stock. That wasn't the issue. The issue was that an employee finally helped me after waiting for about ten minutes in line. The wait was also fine, I'm a pretty patient man. But when the gentleman finally helped me, he couldn't have seemed less interested in any questions I had asked. Casual conversation? One word responses. Asking legitimate questions about the firearm? Just made grunting noises at me. Finally told him I would think it over after seeing something that piqued my interest? Literally rolled his eyes at me. I understand being frustrated or impatient when people ask questions day in and day out. But not only was I asking pretty good questions, since I am pretty knowledgeable about firearms, it's your job. You get paid to do this. You not only missed out on a $600+ sale today, you lost a loyal customer as well.

I am going to leave my review based on my entire experience with bass pro shop. I ordered online, came in to fill out necessary paperwork. Came back in and worked with Charlie. Let me start out by saying there was nothing negative about my previous experiences, but working with Charlie was so far above any customer service I have had anywhere in years! He was extremely friendly and pleasant, and most importantly beyond helpful with his knowledge backed experience. He made my whole experience absolutely perfect!
