I love the workouts at Bar Method. I have been coming since 2016 and I still get a unique, difficult workout that sculpts muscles I didn’t even know I had! If your looking for something new or for something to compliment your current routine this is it!
Barre has been the hardest, yet most rewarding workout I have ever made in my life! The Bar Method has become a really important part of my life for being THE PLACE where I can go and leave the stress from work aside to just focus on myself mentally and physically. Starting from the moment you step in, good vibes are felt throughout the studio and motivation is present everyday thanks to the wonderful instructors and challenges that always make it a totally enjoyable experience that leaves you wanting more!
Amazing instructors and community!
What I love about the Bar Method at Northfield are the instructors - their individual teaching methodologies, skillfulness, knowledge of the body, their spirits and the attention given to individuals. This is evident not only in how they notice and correct the positions of students, it is also evident because the instructors know the names of the students. Additionally, the physical space works - all of it with great attention to detail. It is bright, happy, light and warm and friendly which sets the stage for a great workout!
