I spent a lot of money on candles and wallflowers which are glass. The girl checking me out basically threw all the stuff in a bag. Didn’t wrap anything or put my candles in a candle holder. I bought three candles ud83dudd6f 10 wallflowers and a wallflower plug in & nothing was organized or wrapped. So disappointed in the customer service. I’ll stick with the Bath and Body works in the Cherry Creek mall... You have can have all the products but if you don’t have customer service that’s a big problem.

Today i went to bath and body works with my friend char and my sister. yesterday me and char went and omg we were blown away by the service!!! Especially Oscar who deserves 1,0000000 million dollars because he is the sweetest and so kind. he asked us about our starbucks drinks and gave us amazing service!!!! I went again today for their $3.25 body lotion and got two!! luckily he remembered us which i loved and he’s the sweetest person there. please go to this location you will never regret it! 100000000000 stars out of 10! OSCAR IS THE BEST!!

Oscar was VERY unprofessional. Oscar was saying rude remarks out loud so that his customers could hear him loud and clear. My self and two other ladies were looking at candles and he comes from behind basically yelling “WHO DOES THIS” as he proceeds to move candles around. I’m assuming somebody didn’t put a candle back where it was. Either way this is EXTREMELY unprofessional and you don’t make comments like this out loud to your to your customers. He gets paid to put candles back where they belong, he should find a different job if he has such a problem with such a simple task. He is one of those gay guys who is just rude and sassy. No, I’m not homophobic either. Just against rude people who complain about DOING THEIR JOB. Do better Oscar. Zero points for you.

Just be warned they make you wait outside when there's very few people in the store. This especially sucks at night given the fact we're in the colder months. We're already mandated to wear masks and be six feet apart. I feel like these additional restrictions are overkill. I'll just shop at Target instead.
