Rv was good. Newer RV. Can’t complain about that. But the customer service of the manager there is HORRIBLE. Buddy does not know how to speak with customers or be friendly with them. While returning my RV. I was standing at the front desk for over 10 minutes while he was sitting on his office chair watching tv and didn’t want to move to come and help. Also had to cut my trip a day short because he said to me 2 days before returning my RV “even if you are late 5 minutes. I will give you the $300 fine”. As long as thing guy is working there. I will never go back. Would rather pay extra and go somewhere with better service. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!

We had a great rental experience. Road Bear RV staff were professional and friendly. They adhered to COVID19 guidelines (masks, social distancing). They were also patient with us and and our many questions as first time RV renters. We rented a Class A in Denver. Highly recommend.

Great experience, brand new RV, immaculate in every respect. Staff super helpful and efficient - pick up was smooth, drop off likewise. No hidden fees and really respectful of the current health crisis challenges (social distancing, masks and cleaning etc). Can't recommend Road Bear RV enough, will return for sure.
