My family and I visited this location after leaving the airport today, and I was extremely disappointed by the manager of this location. She was very rude and unprofessional. She refused to provide us with her name or any information proving she actually is the manager. We were turned away because the blond women claiming to be the manager refused to accept a $50 bill even though we ordered $35 worth of coffee. I would not recommend this Starbucks location to anybody due to the unprofessional staff using rude and offensive language towards guests. We later drove to the location on tower rd, and had a much better experience where we were also able to use a $50 bill.
I really love the employees here -- so friendly. The service is great and this place is in a very convenient location. My only complaint is that they're often out of the protein boxes I buy, particularly the chicken/hummus one, which is my favorite. I wish they'd stock up more.

Wonderful staff! Especially during the mid shift people with their cheerful attitude on a cold day. Just make sure to be patience when going through the drive thru and the person in front of you has several Frappuccinos and Refreshers.
The cappuccino was hot and tasty as always the sandwich was freshly made and delicious. The drive through wait was long hence the reason for the 4 star
