Slow service every time I go. Nice people but frustrating how inefficient they are.
They’re open at 0430, and I have to be in the office at 0500 which makes them perfect! I’m all about convenience. So, I always order on the app once I pull out of my garage. The app tells you how long it will take you to get to the location. I give my name at the speaker, and my order is waiting for me when I get to the window. It’s always accurate. Thank you to the wonderful baristas! Perfection.
Sells coffee
It took 45 minutes to get my drink and I ended up late for work. I had to wait in the drive through for 30 minutes which was fine and expected but as I was leaving, I tasted my drink and it was wrong. Then I had to park and go inside. They retook my order and gave me a $4 gift card for the inconvenience which was nice, but instead of making my drink right away, I had to wait again! The only reason I was there for 45 minutes instead of an hour is because I finally told them that I either needed my drink next or a refund because I was going to be late.
I visit this Starbucks almost every day! The staff at this store is amazing and alway so friendly! They know me by name and make me feel so welcome!nnDoug , Caleb , Kayla , Ben , Denise and Carla you are all amazing !!nnThe whole staff deserves to be recognized by their name for how amazing they are !
