I go here all the time n they always forget something or have an attitude. Once again they forgot a sandwich that i paid for! I dont like to leave bad reviews but when it happens this much it makes me upset.
Nothing exceptional about this location. If you like McDonald's you'd go here, but it's like any other McDonald's. Service is good, food is good. Just remember it's a fast food joint so make sure you check your order before you leave, especially if you're in the drive thru.
It's close to home and they're fast
Terrible probably the worst mcdonalds. Go somewhere else if u want ur order done right the 1st time. Hell they brought the order back and it was still wrong and they even argued.
The McDonald's on Broadway near Santa Fe. Last night at 3 am they ( Crystal) were rude and condiscending. I had to ask her for her name three times. The driveway there is confusing as hell. Long story short I missed the speakers and drove to the window. They saw me and ignored me for several minutes. Another car showed up and they finally talked to me and said to go all the way around and do it correctly. I asked why they couldn't take my order at the window. She refused and started making rude and unprofessional comments. I reminded her that the only reason she had a job was because of paying customers. She shut the window and walked away.
