Terribly slow bank. I would suggest opening a line for businesses.
Very slow service. The business line is very long and they only have one teller taking customers from the business line and three tellers taking customers from the regular line. I have been waiting over 30 minutes and have yet to be called. I own two businesses and use Wells for both. I am a seriously considering switching banks after the bad customer service and long waits, with absolutely no priority for business owners at this branch.
Lady gossiping with teller over cops in a school meanwhile the line gets longer. Inefficient.
Kira is such a great teller. She handled all of my needs in a timely manner and went above and beyond with her costumer service.
Wanted to write a review for one of the bankers Diane she is amazing very personal really enjoy her when it comes to cashing in helping me understand my account better she's always there very polite professional so I just wanted to thank her and the bank for having such a good person on their team Merry Christmas
