ABSOLUTELY INSANE HOW INEFFICIENT THESE PEOPLE ARE. I hope DAN reads this review because I am absolutely LIVID. I WAS CHARGED OVER TWICE THE AMOUNT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN AND THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE. RUDE STAFF AND DISHONEST BOOK KEEPING. DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE.
Very nice place away from the city. I feel that it's much more secure with great prices. They have a very well made website that allows you to have an account and the auto pay system works great. Very nice people. The very best storage unit place I have ever worked with.
The owner was very helpful. Moved us from one unit to another when the size was not what we needed. Spend an extra 45 minutes with us and saved us money. Great experience and very nice storage units.
Prices are good and the service isn't bad. I'm on lyrics rating 4 starts because I was going on a camping trip and was refused entry through the system. After speaking with the management I was told I'd have to wait because they were not in town. They had not revised that the unit was paid early and through the automated service. They apologized for the inconvenience and fixed the issue a few days later.
