I've had a storage unit at pony express for 1 year and have always had exceptional customer service especially with Edith. The rates and cleanliness of the facility are awesome! I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!
This place is well kept management is on top of things you don't have garbage laying around it's reasonably priced in the units are clean and well-maintained
The staff -- especially Edith -- have been absolutely wonderful to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. My daughter has been dealing with a complicated situation with the storage locker, and lives four hours away. Edith and the other staff person (didn't catch her name) have been so helpful as we've worked to get the locker cleaned out and figure out timing. Edith even saved us $700 on a junk hauler, and for that we are very grateful.
Excellent setup and cancellation process. Needed it for short term storage during a move and it all worked out well. It's conveniently located off 76 and has enough space to maneuver the multiple vehicles we used to get in and out. Will definitely use Pony Express again when I have a need.
Terrible place. My father had a storage space here and I came to help him move his stuff out. The lady running the office was very rude and nasty. They tried to add extra charges that were never talked about. The did have a lot of fine print garbage in their agreement. Would never recommend this place.
