I love CrossFit Salvo. I’ve been going a little over 2 years, and have progressively improved my strength and ability/skill in that time. The gym is really welcoming, and helps to push you beyond what you could do alone. I love my Salvo family!

World Class Box!!nnI had the pleasure of working out with the folks at Crossfit Salvo while on a business trip to the area. This is a world-class facility with a great group of members and coaches. I was very well taken care of and had a great workout and a great time. I highly recommend this box for travelling Crosffiters. They made me feel like I was one of them.

Great gym! Erik and the rest of the coaches are always looking to improve your fitness. CrossFit Salvo has a great community. They Are very welcoming to new people.
