I went to this gym for one month and wanted to cancel my membership. I was told I had to give a 30 day notice to cancel my membership so meaning the first day I signed up I needed to cancel? Anyways, I put in my notice to cancel but was confused when the next month I was charged again?! I was informed it had only been 28 days??! Make sure to the read the fine print people, gyms love to screw you over. Overall, I really liked the trainer.. Erika.. I wasn’t going to leave a review but when discussing the matter with Adam he hung up on me so for that alone I left two stars. He did refund me one of the charges though.
Great atmosphere and very enthusiastic and helpful staff! I've been out of the fitness world for quite some time and was nervous but quickly put at ease and not intimidated by my surroundings.
Didn't push me to get the workout done but rather encouraged me to do what I could.
I've never stuck with a gym let alone a workout program for more than a couple of months. I'm 5 months in. I love all the trainers. They push you to your max and to do your best. It's an amazing feeling. I'm so happy I started a journey with Hiitbox Brighton.
I have never liked to workout in front of anyone. I also had never worked out like this before. love it!!!! Totally recommend everyone to come here!!!
